GamingWorks will be participating in 2 sessions at this year’s ITSM2013 conference held on 4-5 November 2013 at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham. Following on from the success of last year’s session we will once again we will be running a taster of the Grab@Pizza business and IT alignment simulation. A second speaker slot is a presentation we have been asked to give at numerous international itSMF events. This session focuses on maximizing the Return on Value of a training investment and realizing demonstrable, measurable, sustainable change.

During this session delegates experience a taste of our Business & IT alignment business simulation, to explore critical success and fail factors in business and IT alignment and to experience the benefits of business simulations as organizational learning instruments. This session has been held at numerous international itSMF events and key takeaways captured and shared with the community.

Session Title: Creating a measurable Return on Value(ROV) from an ITSM training investment

This session will explore, using a 8 step-approach and a case study how organizations can improve the ROV on a training investment and increase the chance of success with their ITSM improvement initiatives.
