Train the Trainer Program

Our train the trainer programs are conducted by experienced trainers. Our trainers are designers of our products or they are experienced facilitators and subject matter experts from our partner network.

Content of the Train the Trainer

The Train the Trainer program has the following structure:

• Detailed explanation of the content of the training
• Intensive exercises to learn the correct way of facilitating the simulations and for reflecting on the experience and the learning moments
• Insight into how the best practice is incorperated in the simulation and how the facilitator can use this to teach the participants
• Detailed explanation on how to use the simulation in relation to customers needs, and how to perform an intake to help clarify and understand the learning objectives to be achieved for the customer 
• Facilitation skills of the aspirant trainer
• How to facilitate the capture of key learning and improvement suggestions of participants so that these can be used in follow-up improvement initiatives and programs for the Customer

Certification

During the 2 days Train the Trainer program both aspirant trainers and the teacher will work towards certification. An aspirant trainer will be certified based upon the following criteria:

• Demonstrated knowledge about the product
• Demonstrated understanding of how to customize the products towards specific customer learning and improvement needs
• Demonstrated facilitation and reflection skills 
• Good practical experience in the Best Practice theory built into the product (e.g Project management experience for the Challenge of Egypt simulation)
• Good evaluation scores on the evaluation sheets completed by game participants

Certifiction is performed in a separte session. The certifying trainer must see the aspirant trainer in action in a live game environment. This can be done in a session with a team of colleagues, a real customer or a demo-session with a number of  customers.
