Imagine, You are director of a company called World Wide Movers. World Wide Movers is an international company which transports unusual products around the World.
You have 2 Transport Airplanes at your full disposal. Your company is aiming to win a deal: 'The Greatest Move', an ambitious, daring, challenging move. But inside information reveals that only the company which proves to be the best in class will be invited to tender for this deal.
The performance of your company is not sufficient to make you a contender. You decide to lead and implement Business Process Management principles to improve your processes and to become an excellent performing company. One capable of winning this deal.
During this day a team of 6-10 people will act as roles in the company called World Wide Movers.

The roles are:
- Director
- Service Center (receiving Customer requests)
- Planning (responsible for the availability and capacity of the airplanes)
- Research & Development (designing new products and services, calculating costs)
- Monitor & Tracking (responsible for managing the status of the Customers movements)
- Commerce (responsible for margins and sales, calculating pricing)
- Finance (invoicing & billing)
- Supplier (support World Wide Movers with extra flight capacity)
brief description
In this 3 round interactive workshop the team will first design their processes and get the change to test this process with realistic events. The team will learn how to run their new designed processes and how to monitor and control them.
After the first round the scoring will prove how successful the team is. In the next round the team needs to improve their processes and will experience how it is to adjust processes and how World Wide Movers can benefit from effective and efficient processes. Finaly in the last round the team will be challenged to show flexibility in their processes. The market is changing and World Wide Movers can only be successful if they optimize their processes so that they are ready for the next 'move' in the market.
