GamingWorks is continually designing and developing new products aimed at meeting emerging market needs for learning and improvement. We use expertise from the market and from business partners to help us develop solutions that match real life needs and problems.

Own design and development

GamingWorks designs and develops new products using its proven experience in developing leading simulations. GamingWorks retains ownership of the IP of all products developed. Our partners enter into contractual agreements to use these products as part of their own service offerings.

Co-design with subject matter experts

We are always looking for subject matter experts that have an idea or vision for helping organizations learn and improve using their area of expertise, for example 'Project management'. We offer them our experience and support and together we develop a simulation. 

Our development approach focuses on:

  • Understanding the subject matter to be dealt with within the simulated environment
  • Identifying key processes involved, key inputs and outputs and results 
  • Identifying key stakeholders, both internal and external that influence the processes
  • Identifying the key learning objectives in terms of knowledge, behaviour, competences that are to be learnt by participating in the simulation
  • Identifying critical success and fail factors associated with the application of the subject matter in daily practise, based upon subject matter expert experience
  • Developing game scenarios, events and interventions aimed at the success and fail factors and key learning requirements
  • Designing reflection and learning approaches to facilitate meeting the key learning objectives
  • Developing a train-the-trainer program to make game delivery and facilitation repeatable and focussed on the key learning objectives.
