GamingWorks has a extensive experience in developing and delivering Business Simulation Games to address specific customer needs.

GamingWorks works together with problem owners, managers, or subject matter experts within a customer organization to translate the needs into a customized design or delivery of our products. These products can be completely new or we can customize our standard products to the customers needs.

Below are some examples of customized Business Simulations to address specific customer needs:

For Nationale Nederlanden we designed a customized interactive workshop to support their culture change program. We used our Apollo 13 Business Simulation and incorporated customer specific reflection and learning questions and customized interventions aimed at ensuring participants experienced these learning needs.

For SaraLee we designed a special BPM (Business Process Management) variant of the Apollo 13 - an ITSM case experience. During the 4 round workshop we reflected each round on BPM aspects such as how to use processes to realize KPIs(Key Performance Indicators), Process Monitoring and steering, Supply-Chain Management, Customer Intimacy and Focus.
