  • What are the possibilities of the product? In what types of similar situations and circumstances has the product been used? With what results?
  • Can the product actually meet the needs of the customer?
  • What is the target audience for the product?
  • What roles will participants fulfill and why?
  • How to customize to workshop in order to meet customers learning objectives?
  • How to align the workshop and the workshop introduction to the customers situation  
  • How to facilitate the workshop (confronting, challenging, mirroring, explaining)
  • What to do with the lessons learned results? (who is owner)
  • What is the role of the customer in introducing the session, or closing the session?
  • What are the possible steps following the workshop to ensure what is learned is transferred into daily practise

Based on this intake we will advice our partner and the customer with the most effective solution of the workshop delivery.
