Our Business Model 

GamingWorks uses localized trainers that both speak the language and understand the culture. We do this by having a wide range of international partners who are delivering our business simulations. We offer an intensive train-the-trainer program to certify the trainers. During this train-the-trainer we will not only focus on the business simulations but also on subjects such as intake, facilitating the customer learning process, and creating and measuring value for the customer. All Certified Delivery Partners must have proven expertise and knowledge about the subjects of our business simulations.

Our development model

GamingWorks develops their products using Human Rescourse Development principles and incorporates industry recognized best practises into our learning products. Our design teams are experts in the world of training, consultancy or practical hands-on experience in applying the practices taught using our products.
