Approach
Our unique approach to product development and for enabling partner readiness ensures world class product development, deployment and alignment to customer needs.
Using practical industry expertise
Our learning instruments are designed using industry expertise and in depth knowledge of success and fail factors in the areas being addressed by the training. This expertise comes from our own practical experience, our knowledge of Human Resource Management and from cooperation with leading specialists from the market during design and development. These critical success and fail factors are engineered into our instruments.
Embedding best practises
Our learning instruments are designed to both teach best practice theory for a method or way of working, such as Project management, Service management or Business process management, as well as success and fail factors in the practical application of the theory. Best practices are designed into both the instruments and the facilitator lead reflection. The best practices may be based upon industry recognized and accepted practices or the best practices within an organization that commissions us to develop a learning instrument on their behalf.
Localizing deployment
GamingWorks builds an international network of partners to use and deploy our products. Partners that have localized language skills and understand the culture of the country and the organizations in which they operate. We enable our partner readiness by providing extensive train-the-trainer programs and certification programs to ensure all of the trainers are qualified to use our products to support their customers learning needs.
Aligning with the maturity levels within the organization
An organization, a team or an individual will operate at a particular level of lifecycle maturity for any given area of practice or expertise. Lifecycle maturity levels are for example 'awareness', ‘design’, ‘implementation’ or ‘optimization’. An area of practice or expertise is for example ‘Project management’. Our instruments are designed to be used for all levels of lifecycle maturity. Learning objectives can be achieved at all levels. This is the strength of the design principals used to build our instruments.
