Learning

Our products are designed and deployed to ensure maximum learning results are achieved.

By Design

Organizations apply learning instruments because they want to be able to learn new ways of working or to improve existing working practices and solve problems with current ways of working. During product design we involve industry experts to identify success and fail factors for applying best practices and to help identify the key learning objectives to be experienced by using our products. These are built into our products to ensure that people experience and learn by doing.

Developing hard and soft skills

The instruments are designed to ensure that hard aspects, for example ‘structuring the work’ or ‘implementing processes and procedures’, as well as soft aspects,  such as ‘communication’, ‘ownership’, ‘leadership’, ‘resistance’, ‘commitment’ are also recognized and experienced. It is often because of these soft aspects that organizational development or change fails to deliver the desired results.

Solving problems

Learning with an aim to solving problems. Our instruments can be effective instruments for identifying and capturing improvement suggestions for applying in the working environment. Participants reflect on solutions they have applied and experienced using our products and relate these to their daily work.

Learning cycle

Our learning products focus on experiencing a number of 'rounds'. Following each round particpants get to reflect upon their experiences and learning moments. Participants then have a chance to make improvements and to apply these once again in the learning environment.

  • Intake

Our training partners learn to perform an intake interview to identify the learning objectives to be achieved or problems to be resolved. These are then used during reflection moments and end of session capture moments.

  • Capturing

At the end of each 'round' and at the end of each session 'key learning points' are captured as well as 'key improvement suggestions' for applying within the participants own organization.

  • Evaluation

All sessions are evaluated using standard or customized evaluation forms to ensure learning objectives have been achieved.
