GamingWorks is proud and delighted to announce a role in the DevOps Agile Skills Association (DASA) Global Ambassador Program. GamingWorks have been conducting a series of Phoenix Project business simulation workshops around the world to show the value of simulations in supporting the DASA DevOps courseware. Helping delegates translate theory into practice and helping DevOps teams experiment and develop their DevOps skills and competences.

“Our DASA Ambassador Program was designed to increase awareness for DASA both locally and globally”— Says Deborah Burton, DASA Managing Director

See the latest whitepaper showing how the Phoenix Project simulation supports the DASA competence model. DASA training partners can add the simulation to their courseware offerings, and organizations adopting DevOps can use the simulation to help create awareness and develop skills.

Here is a webinar we posted on the DASA site exploring why DevOps initiatives may fail and the value of experiential learning with the Phoenix Project business simulation.

Here are two blogs we produced. One showing how to increase the Return On Value (ROV) of a DevOps training investment. The second one showing a case study of using the simulation and the DASA competence assessment to improve team performance.
