Session Title: Creating a measurable Return on Value(ROV) from an ITSM training investment
This session will explore, using a 8 step-approach and a case study how organizations can improve the ROV on a training investment and increase the chance of success with their ITSM improvement initiatives.
GamingWorks will also have a booth at this year’s session.
