itSMF Fusion 13

GamingWorks is delighted to announce will be participating in 3 sessions at this year’s FUSION 13 Conference & Expo to be held at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, TN on October 20-23, 2013.

Two of these sessions will be focusing on ‘Management of Change (MOC)’ – a key barrier in many ITSM improvement programs. These MOC sessions will also engage a wider audience through social media before, during AND after the event. What are the issues YOU need to solve relating to management of change? what are the questions YOU want the sessions to answer? Please leave your comments on this page and these will be used as input for the sessions.
