The Chair “Management of Information Technology”, headed by Prof. Dr. Martin R. Wolf, focusses its research & development activities to all areas of the IT Service Lifecycle. Special attention is given to the simulation of IT Service processes (e.g. Apollo 13 simulation) as well as implementation of IT processes in day-to-day-business.
