Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in het trainen en coachen van mensen die projectmatig werken, of willen gaan werken. Wij richten ons op de opdrachtgevers van projecten, de projectmanagers, teamleiders en op de medewerkers die in de teams werkzaam zijn. Onze insteek is altijd om de training op basis van maatwerk in te richten, zodat de wensen en eisen van onze klanten maximaal worden meegenomen. Wij werken vanuit de visie dat de cursist een grote mate van zelfwerkzaamheid heeft. Hierdoor blijft het aantal contacturen beperkt. We maken veel gebruik van internet-applicaties, die de cursist in zijn zelfwerkzaamheid ondersteunen.
4PSO is een ‘Accredited Training Organisation’ (ATO) voor Prince2 opleidingen.
