Serview integrated Apollo13 simulation in ITIL® Foundation training
Serview, one of our German partners has integrated the Apollo13 – An ITSM case experience™ simulation into their ITIL® training. This new training is called ITIL® Foundation “3 Tage Interaktiv”. The aim is to help translate theory into practice and experience how to successfully apply the theory to realize measurable, demonstrable results.
