GamingWorks designs, develops and deploys professional business simulations, or serious games, aimed at supporting organizational learning and development, and aimed at supporting organizational change. GamingWorks is based in the Netherlands and was started by Jan Schilt and Paul Wilkinson in 2003.
Training bureaus, consultancy firms and Customer organizations world-wide use our solutions to support their businesses. GamingWorks supports organizations by also delivering ‘large group events’ to customers to help realize corporate wide learning objectives using our products to help facilitate this process. Additionally Partners and Customers can have customized business simulations built to support their specific needs.
Realizing effective learning processes, helping change personal behaviour, improving interactivity between people and last but not least FUN. These are the drivers for the design of our Products. Computers do not play a significant part in our simulations, only as support for the teacher. Dynamic, personal interaction and engagement is the central focus. Our products are realistic, challenging and all focus on specific key success factors for realizing professional organizations.
